The new dates are out!

The good weather is finally here, it's summer approaching and so are the holidays! YOB is taking a break this summer and will meet again on August 25 for the 2023 workshops. Check out the new dates and register quickly because places are limited. And for the good news, the bread workshop is now at 195.- instead of 220.-. Like what, not everything is increasing these days ;-)

Back to School!

I hope you had a rejuvenating summer and are full of energy to start an autumn that I wish us dazzling (before a "refreshing" winter, haha)!

From my end, in any case, I am filled up with energy and especially tried loads of new culinary experiences...some of which have already, or will soon, be transformed into new workshops! Yes, thanks to you who always push me to go further, I tested, tried, failed, tried again with enthusiasm and finally succeeded in preparing for you THE COURSE that you have been asking me for a long time (spoiler: no, it is not (yet) the Panettone course, sorry)! They are crispy, we eat them on Sunday mornings and they come from Vienna...you guessed it?

So as we say: "Back to School!"

It's Summer, finally!

Yes, summer is here with its beautiful sun, its aperitifs and the nice smell of vacation! I take this opportunity to tell you that I will be absent from July 19th to 29th for a well-deserved break ;-)

But apart from that, the workshops will take place and I even have a few surprises for you... Ready? So let's go!
