March...smells like Spring!

I don't know about you, but in these turbulent times, I realise how lucky I am to be able to do this job, to transmit my passion to you and to share all these little moments of happiness with you during the workshops. How grateful!
And on top these pretty rays of sunshine and these mild temperatures that warm our bodies and our hearts, makes you feel like spring! So, to celebrate, I let you discover the news of March...

Yes, there will be Easter Doves
I know you are unmissable gourmets, so yes, I can confirm that there will be Easter doves! I'll make you a newsletter just for that, but I can already tell you that there will be apricot, almonds and maybe even an all-chocolate :-).
These will be available in time for Easter and will weigh a good 750g approx. Something to delight the whole family!
Makes me think that I have to remember to keep one for myself too!
