Home Workshops
No problem
Each of the participants works in their own kitchen , with their own utensils and I will guide you all step by step. And since it's "live", you can ask questions at any time.
In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
No leaven? Indicate it when registering and I will send it to you free of charge at home (Switzerland only, min 2 working days before the workshop).
Exclusive recipes
The recipes offered during the Chez Vous Workshops are exclusive to this workshop format. You will only learn them online.
The themes ?
Everything for Apero is aptly named because we will be making focaccia, crackers and pita breads.
Healthy Junk Food is the Atelier Pains Sourdough burgers, ketchup and homemade fries.
Delicious Break is the cinnamon rolls' workshop with their gourmet icing accompanied by an almond milk latte flavoured with a spice syrup, all homemade of course.
User-friendly
All the participants are connected together and we all together make these delicious sourdough recipes, which we will taste at the end of the Workshop with a glass of wine.
