Cooking has always been a pleasure for me since I was young. It allows you to reconnect with the simplest and most pleasant moments of life.


Sharing these moments of preparation in the friendliness with other enthusiasts is one of those daily moments of happiness.  


Making a real good sourdough bread gave me an unforgettable feeling of satisfaction.  Even though it requires not only patience, but also a certain technique, the pleasure that one derives from it is indescribable.

The joy of creating a sourdough starter from scratch and seeing it come to life in all these preparations is a unique feeling that I can't wait to share with you.

And believe me, after my workshops, you will never buy bread again!


Public workshops

These workshops in small groups composed of a maximum of 6 people are open to everyone, coming alone or accompanied. These workshops are in French but upon request, we gladly organise workshops in English.

You can privatize the course of your choice or do a tailor-made workshop according to your desire for example for birthdays (children or adults), for an evening with friends, etc.

Cooking is a great way to consolidate a team or to thank your collaborators. I organize from A to Z tailor-made events for companies on site or in one of our partner's idyllic location.
