Finally...Sourdough Aperitif and Wine
Oh dear, I'm so excited to tell you this news, that I couldn't wait for the newsletter at the end of September ... Yes, yes, that's happening!
Until now reserved for private parties, Levain & Le Vin is finally open to the public!
Focaccia, crackers, pita breads, grissini, tapenade and so on, you will learn all the tips for making a sourdough aperitif that your friends will remember!
And because there is always wine at YOB, everything will be accompanied by a commented tasting of 4 wines selected by our talented partner winegrowers Jacques and Aurélia Joly in Grandvaux.
It takes place in their cellar in Grandvaux, on Tuesdays October 26 and November 2 and it is at 6.30 p.m.
Hurry, as places are limited to 12 people.
