A friendly workshop around the world of aperitifs
We are going to make focaccias, pita breads and sourdough crackers together, step by step, followed by a tasting of our creations with a virtual aperitif!
Preparation needed to participate
Or, I send you the leaven free of charge by post (min 2 working days before the course). To be indicated when registering.
Either, you want to go further and make your own leaven, in 2 minutes a day, for 5 days, thanks to this link .
