How's it going ?
The virtual workshops are there to make these products step-by-step together, remotely but directly, with a follow-up of each step and above all the opportunity to savor our achievements in a friendly atmosphere at the end of the workshop without move from home.
A friendly workshop around the world of aperitifs
We will make together a focaccia, pita breads and sourdough crackers, step by step, followed by a tasting of our creations with an aperitif. Plan your bottle!

An illustrated course material with all the recipes and tips will be sent to you after the workshop.

Or, I send you the sourdough free of charge by post (Switzerland only, min 2 working days before the course). To be indicated when registering.
Either, you want to go further and make your own leaven, in 2 minutes a day, for 5 days, thanks to this link .

General Conditions: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event, you can however send someone in your place by notifying us at the latest 72 hours before the event, mentioning the name and contact details of the replacement person.
