It's Summer, finally!

Yes, summer is here with its beautiful sun, its aperitifs and the nice smell of vacation! I take this opportunity to tell you that I will be absent from July 19th to 29th for a well-deserved break ;-)

But apart from that, the workshops will take place and I even have a few surprises for you... Ready? So let's go!

Burgers: The Comeback!

Yes, you read that right: the Atelier de Chez Vous special burger is back!

I love this concept because it allows you to follow the course from your own kitchen with your own utensils and above all, the ultra-adapted schedule allows you to prepare everything in the morning from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and to cook and enjoy your burgers with family or friends the same evening! We prepare together the buns, a homemade ketchup and homemade fries and we even have a glass of something together ;-)

Not yet familiar with the concept, have a look here (, I'll explain it to you. And the plus? If you don't have a sourdough starter or you're just starting out, no worries, I'll send it to you by post.

Children's workshops, special Donuts!

If there is one thing that makes me happy, it is the smiles of the children who taste my sourdough donuts and tell me that they are "the best in the world"!

So entrust me with your children (7-12 years old) for 2 hours for these gourmet and fun workshops during which they will learn how to make sourdough donuts, their icings and the pastry cream to fill them and decorate them according to their inspiration and their creativity.

Last, but not least...

The new dates for Sourdough bread Workshops while sipping a glass of wine are out! And this is an opportunity for me to introduce you to the Domaine Au Grand Clos ( in Bursinel and its winegrower and winemaker Régis Widmer, whose treasures I will introduce you to during the welcome drink and of course during the aperitif which concludes each workshop!

And good news: the bread workshops take place on Saturdays.
